Payment Options
In order to best meet the needs of customers, Quality Cut Lawn Care offers several invoicing and payment options. Invoices are due on the 1st of each month and are billed for the upcoming month. Please refer to your contract for information on late payment fees and suspended service. Service crews are not allowed to accept payments in any form.

Invoicing and payment options are as follows:
Seasonal Prepay
We are currently offering the following discounts when you pay for the full season in advance:

If you would like to take advantage of our prepay discount option, please contact as soon as possible so we can discuss payment amounts.
Half-Season Prepay
Due to customer request, we have also added a half-season prepay discount of 3% with payments due April 2 and August 6.
Traditional Invoicing
Invoices are mailed to your home each month (typically around the 15th)with payment due by the first of the upcoming month. You may choose to mail a check or use a credit card. Credit card payments may be made be made online or via telephone or mail.
Paperless Invoicing
Invoices are e-mailed to you each month via PayPal (typically around the 15th) with payment due by the first of the upcoming month. You may choose to pay the invoice directly through PayPal using a credit card (or bank card with a Visa or MasterCard logo). You will not be required to create an account with PayPal in order to pay your invoice directly. If you prefer, you may also opt make your payment by sending a check in the mail.
Accepted Forms of Payment
We currently accept payments in the form of cash, check, or credit card via PayPal.
